Rizwan is a senior finance and investment professional with close to 30 years of professional experience behind him. He specializes in business valuations, merger & acquisition transactions involving buyouts / acquisition of majority and minority stakes in cross-border deals, creating tax efficient structures, business transformation and turnarounds, risk management and internal audit and leading finance and operation functions of businesses of various sizes including large corporates and multinational organizations.
He is currently leading the management advisory function of the ProdigyWay International firm based out of the UAE. In his previous roles, he has worked with Big4 accounting and advisory firms (PwC, Pakistan), large multinational corporates (Kinnevik AB, Sweden), semi / quasi-governmental groups (Dubai Holdings, UAE), and large private equity firms (Abraaj Group, MENA and Turkey).
Senior banker with over 16 years of experience with two of the largest financial institutions in MENA across structured finance, acquisition / leverage finance, project finance and asset-backed financing. Last assignment was with First Abu Dhabi bank as Managing Director, Head of Structured Finance.
He has led and executed complex "Industry First" transactions involving multiple counter parties, jurisdictions, currencies including Sharia compliant structures. Many of the structures he created in the retail, healthcare, aviation, telecom, infrastructure space have become industry templates. He specializes in providing cutting-edge structured and corporate finance solutions to clients across industries covering all aspects of the transaction including structuring, commercial and legal due diligence, credit diligence and approval, documentation, interaction with syndicate banks, including their legal counsels.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant recognized by two international bodies and a Certified Financial Modeler, Asim is an experienced Advisory professional with a diversified exposure in the GCC and Pakistan. Having a proven track record of leading financial advisory teams in various organizations, Asim has more than 8 years of expertise in various areas such as Business Transformation, M&A, Debt Restructuring, Private Equity and Project Financing.
Having a thorough understanding of Governance Framework, Investment Policies and Screening Protocols, Asim has also helped prominent Family Offices in the region structure investments into various sectors such as Automobiles, Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Hospitality. Besides these mandates, Asim has been part of many sell-side and buy-side Due Diligence exercises involving detailed assessment of the operations as well as business valuation.
Azfar has extensive experience of accounting, VAT implementation, management and financial advisory. Over the years, Azfar has gained advanced skills in the respective fields with enhanced knowledge of the tax repercussions on cross-border transactions.

At ProdigyWay, Mansoor confidently takes on challenges related to credit analysis, merger and acquisition, evaluation of business plan viability and capital structure, execution of credit proposals for corporate/commercial/SME sectors, and financial analysis of companies based on specific Shariah Compliant Assets products.

Saad is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) from the UK. Worked in London with private equity groups, banking and retail industry to assess the financial health of the potential investments. As a proficient auditor, he has lead the Sarbanes Oxley Act Implementation as Country Manager for Pakistan, while working for BOC Group. At Al Futtaim Group Real Estate, he was part of the steering committee for an ERP (SAP) implementation project at Dubai Festival City. At Al Ghurair Investments, he was responsible for financial reporting of Al Ghurair Centre- Phase 1 and the feasibility/valuation of Phase 2.

Farrukh has proved his mettle as a Director at Karachi Stock Exchange and Saudi Pak Commercial Bank. As CEO, he led Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited. His contribution as a member of various advisory committees in the Government of Pakistan, responsible for addressing policy issues, speaks volumes about his broad professional capabilities.
